Consultation Fee
Initial consultations are $100 for 30 minutes. However, this fee is waived entirely if you decide to leave your gown with us for alterations after the consultation.

Pickup at Final Fitting
Due to limited storage space for wedding gowns, your dress must be picked up at your final scheduled fitting. This also gives us one last opportunity to ensure everything is absolutely perfect before your big day.
Please Note: Because every wedding gown is unique with different fabrics, embellishments, and construction, we cannot provide accurate alteration price estimates over the phone. We’ll be happy to give you a detailed quote during your complimentary initial appointment when we can examine your gown in person.
Special Circumstances & Policies
Occasional Limitations
On rare occasions, we may determine during the initial appointment that we cannot accept a particular wedding gown due to our existing commitments and timeline constraints. If this happens, you will not be charged any consultation fee whatsoever. We’d rather be honest about our capacity than risk disappointing you by rushing your gown or missing deadlines.
Additional Work After Pickup
If you need any alterations or adjustments after picking up your gown at the final fitting, we’ll create a new invoice with a fresh price estimate for the additional work. This ensures clarity and proper documentation for any changes made after the original alteration project is complete.
Bringing Guests to Fittings
We completely understand that brides often want to share this special experience with friends and family members. You’re welcome to bring loved ones to your fittings! However, to respect the space and experience of all our customers, we kindly ask that you limit the number of guests and inform us when scheduling your appointment if you plan to bring companions.
